What is Koinonia Indy?

Director

Sam oversees all broad operations and is available for specific questions if needed. He is also responsible for public relations and the overall growth of Koinonia.

 Adviser

Jarod helps to ensure that fidelity—not

pragmatism—is the driving force of ministry, while striving for encouragement.

Worship Coordinator

Josh is responsible for creating and distributing a teaching schedule. He handles logistics regarding speakers as far as providing them with details, date, time, location, etc. Josh assembles and coordinates music teams and decides music selections for that month. 

Administrator

Joanna does the behind-the-scenes organization. She follows up with group members one month in advance to determine the focus group for each month’s curriculum. Joanna is responsible for leadership communication and ensures every area of Koinonia is running smoothly. 

Discipleship and Outreach Coordinator 

Chloe manages pairings 

between disciplers for Koinonia

 members and disciples of Koinonia members for 8 weeks at a time. She also works to organize a flex week activity such as a service project or social event that seeks to emphasize the importance of evangelism.

Koinonia Blog Leader and Website Coordinator 

Caleb leads a talented team of writers and edits content for the Koinonia Blog. He also ensures the website is up to date. 

Care Team Leader

Lexie is responsible for greeting new people and introducing them to others to help build connections.

Men's Prayer Group Coordinator

Jeremy coordinates small groups for prayer each week.

 Women's Prayer Group Coordinator

Emily coordinates small groups for prayer each week.
